Yasuhisa Arai will leave his role at the end of the month to be replaced Yusuke Hasegawa, who has experience working in F1 with the BAR-Honda project.

Boulier thinks the Honda engine was "not good enough" and that may fuel the rumours of Alonso quitting unless there is an immediate improvement. At least he got 117 laps in on day 2.

Supposedly Honda is running sort of a Spec A engine this week. Totally different spec engine at the next test. Then they'll take what they learned from both specs and show up to Melbourne with the best of both. It looks like this Spec A is pretty conservative, and it has successfully improved their reliability. Maybe Spec B will produce a lot more power but push the limits a bit further? Alonso won't quit before the season starts. If he goes to Melbourne and finishes behind Haas and Sauber, I think he'd probably be seriously considering pulling the chute.

Yeah, Jessica was cheating on him with some fashion designer or something.

Also, I'm torn on Brittny Ward. She's really hot in some pictures, but then doesn't even look like the same person in other pictures. Also with the 'e' missing from her name, it looks so trashy lol.

Merc sure looked strong in testing... put on more laps than all of the races combined last season. Crazy! Hopefully Ferrari has the pace to give them a hard time this year.

Qualifying changes set to start at Melbourne! It sounds complicated and stupid to me and drivers oppose it.

I was so relieved to see Alonso walk away from that shunt! Not much left of that chassis!

Really entertaining race to watch. Not sure what Ferrari was smoking when it went with super softs after the red flag. Same with McLaren -- Button was keeping pace but they put him on a strategy that cost him a lot of places.

I wish they would disallow changes at Red Flags. They robbed us of another fight ala Bahrain since Lewis would have been the only front runner on the mediums.

Congrats to Haas on a great debut!

Damned Curling coverage on TSN ruined the race for me.
I was like, where is Vettel? Why is Lewis at the back? lol

Another fine showing for Haas, and great debut for Vandoorne.

I'm shocked Kimi didn't manage to f*ck it up somehow.

I was thrilled to not only see Kimi finish so well, but to see him driving with speed and aggression. Some of those passes were the bees knees!

Vandoorn certainly did well. Would have been interesting to see where Jenson had ended up had his car held up.

Haas performance seems to exceed Force India and Toro Rosso which I absolutely didn't expect.

Pretty good drive from Magnussen too, I thought.

The gods are with Nico this year. Both Ferraris clash and Kimi hits Nasr who then hits Lewis.... insane. If Lewis doesn't win Russia, the title is Nico's I firmly believe.

Lewis is just setting himself up for a challenge so still he can rise.

Now I know why Kyvat starts with KY "shhhh... just the tip Seb, just go with it."

Seb's radio made the the race for me.

WDC has been decided, frees up some Sundays this summer for me LOL.

Kyvat and Verstappen need to swap seats, IMO. Max drives aggressively, but he seldom makes really stupid mistakes.

Hopefully the european portion of the season gives us some better racing up front.

WOW, this is HUGE! Didn't think they would swap Kyvat out mid season!
