We should solidify that we are going to do another friendly competition. Apporximately when, 2 months or so from now? And who? Maybe open it up to others on the forum as well?

I've been on a bit of a slide since the official end of the comp and need some motivation to keep it going. I am putting together a SPARQ training kit and will start doing that a few days a week. I have a few friends interested already if any of you would like to join us. Going to do an initial combine soon to get a baseline rating. I'll post when I get it started. Wouldn't mind a few boot camps here and there either.

I'd still like to get together for a BBQ/Football Game soon. 26th or 27th?

that sparq training looks interesting, give me a shout if you want to just give it a test run i'll definitely help out. Me and Anna have been going to duckworth pretty regularly, she's absolutely killing it! (she can do 12 chin ups now WTF?!!)

I've dropped maybe a pound since the end of the competition. A little disappointed in that although at least I haven't gone back to my old ways.

How about shooting for September long weekend as the target for a friendly competition? Just over 2 months plus it sorta represents the end of the summer in a way. We can work out the exact date as we get closer.

A few of you know. I am getting a regular SPARQ Training session going 2-3 times per week starting on wednesday. I have a group on Facebook and have been compiling a kit of all the essential equipment. We'll do what we can as far as Rating Protocols (Basketball and/or Football) then a training session. All are welcome.
